At the heart of Café de Flores is Chef Miriam.
This is her kitchen, her table and her way of sharing what she loves.
Rather than following trends, Miriam cooks with instinct, curiosity and a deep respect for the ingredients.
Her dishes are thoughtful but never complicated for the sake of it. They are designed to make you feel something. A familiar flavor remembered from somewhere else.
