CHEF MIRIAM FLORES

Mexican woman, born in Los Angeles, California, Chef Miriam’s life has crossed borders and experiences that have indelibly shaped her culinary sensibilities. 

She has built her culinary identity across cultures and continents. 

After graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Miriam returned to Puerto Vallarta, where she had spent years cooking and developing her connection to Mexican ingredients and flavors.

Cafe de Flores brings these influences together: the discipline and elegance of French culinary technique with the warmth, ingredients and soul of Mexico.

Her cuisine is personal, thoughtful and always evolving.
